Return Exchange & Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

After the order is confirmed, you can expect your order to be delivered as per following:

  • Karachi 24 to 48 business hours
  • Other cities in Pakistan 3 to 5 working days.
  • International Orders will be delivered 10-15 Days.

Exchange Policy

  1. The product will only be exchanged if:
    • It is of poor quality
    • Damaged
    • Dimensions are not standard
  2. In order to be exchanged a product has to be:
    • In the same condition as it was dispatched
    • Returned with the original packing
    • Should not be further damaged
    • Returned with all the contents that were dispatched
  3. Customer will bear the cost of sending the package back to ARSH Collection.
  4. The product to be exchanged must be of similar or less value than the product previously received.

** The exchange policy will not be applicable during any kind of sale.

Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment (except return dc charges) within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.
